Her husband pardoned the people (their convicted partners) who could testify against them.

That is the Rose Law Firm. She was essentially found not guilty. No charges were ever filed because there wasn't enough evidence to file a case with.

After three separate investigations and millions of tax dollars wasted - no charges were ever filed.

as I recall, I think she was acquitted although another senior member/partner of the firm served time I believe
