Law is the rule of conduct and ethics that guide all people. Without Law there can be no public order and policy. These can lead to chaos, malpractices, injustice, immorals and inequitable administration of justice.
Laws were created by people. They were initiated and administered BY the people FOR the people for their own benifit. This does not however mean that all people can make or enact laws because there must be an authority given by the supreme court for those who are qualified to practice law. (that is, passing the basic requirements as well as the academic requirements).

Basically, there are many laws. Ignorance of Law is not an excuse so a person can not be held liable for whatever consequences may arise for disobeyance of law.

Customs, on the other hand, are norms of the society. These are the practices that people in a given society follow for public good. These were not necessarily be in the form of law, in it's constitutional meaning, but rather a sort of tradition that guides the people in order to prevent chaos..etc.

Generally, good customs falls under the rules of LAW.

i hope you understand it now.

Law is a system of rules which govern a society using the intention of maintaining social order, upholding justice as well as preventing harm to individuals as well as property. Law systems in many cases are based on ethical or spiritual principles and are enforced through the police and criminal proper rights systems such as the courts. In the united States, two major categories of law apply, criminal and municipal law. Healthcare is ruled by law intended to safeguard the public and prevent harm as well as advanced practitioners require a understanding of relevant legislation and their duties to the public and their company.

This best answer your question: “No man is above the law and no man is below it; nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it. Obedience to the law is demanded
as a right; not asked as a favor.” -Theodore Roosevelt
