He's in jail for sexual assault, kidnapping and assault with the intent to kill. None of it is true. We've tried to tell the police this but they won't listen. His trial starts in March sometime. The person that accused him even told the police that she was lying and they still won't let him out. What is wrong with this picture!? They want to keep an innocent man in jail to eat moldy food and get sick all the time and have to worry about his own safety. He doesn't get hot showers or even warm ones. It is absolutely inhumane how they are treated. They are humans not animals. I wouldn't even treat a dog that bad. And you don't realize how bad they are treated until someone you love is in there. It's an outrage! We all just want him out. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to give them to me. They are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

His lawyer could help and if he doesn't have one he should. There should have been a bail hearing and an evidence hearing as well as depositions taken from the accuser. All of that information will be presented at trial. If there was bail offered you should try to raise money to get the person out. If not hire a really good lawyer, anddon't use a public defender. You get the legal treatment you deserve based on what you can pay, its not fair and pathetic but true. Get the best you can afford.

Do you think he is Innocent? If he is, the truth will come out. If this person who lied about the situation testifies and said she was lying more than likely he will be set free, and she will then be charged with false accusations. There really is nothing you can do except get a good lawyer wait for the court date and hope the truth prevails. Good luck.

I loved this part about they are humans not animals because we all know that animals are a piece of you know what and don't deserve anything. no, im not some tree hugger but seriously. prision is for criminals they are lucky we don't cut off a arm or kill them like they do in other countries. He probably did it get over it!

Not in that jail. That was an all mens jail. These days coed jails don't exist. Only all male and all female. Hope that answered your question. :)

I recently had a similiar situtation in my life, different crime though. You have to have the victim write a statment,as to exactly ur friends innocence in this matter, get it notarized, make copies, get the original to the St. Attorney that got this case, then copies to ur friends Attorney, the police and ur friend. w/b an let me know what happens. 3 strikes on him and he's not guilty ? give me a break. police can only do their job. they investigated and found incriminating facts.
if he is innocent the judge will let him free. also the girl will go to
jail for making a false arrest. and that is why the police maybe won't let him go. their going to teach her a lesson. its by----by and dont drop the soap.and watch out for the butch!

Don't talk wioth the police, they have arrested the man, and to them that is the end to it. Hve the accuser go to the District attorney, and admit that she filed a false police report. If the case goes to trial, she will have to testify to that fact, and he will be released.

she changed her mind-the victim is the state in AZ, not the person. Your details on the other question included AZ. Why are you running between states? AND the jails in AZ are not that bad. He is a whiner. Possibly violent.

write a letter to the cop and say i think i would like to take that lie detector test. get of yahoo and use your jail computer time to take your GED on line

he need to talk with a lawyer. if i were u i would'nt talk to the police because although he may be innocent anything you say may and will be used against you.
