i am trying to make hotel reservations and i dont know if im allowed to at the age of 19

The legal definition of a minor is anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18 to enter into a legal contract of any type, unless you have been emancipated.

You should be allowed to make hotel reservations if you can meet the hotel's requirements.
