should you just straight up call 911 or call the police station nonemergency wise?

Call non-emergency unless the person is a threat at the time. Also, make sure the person doesn't know that it was you who called. Even if the police promise not to tell, they sometime do. So, try to call from a blocked number and then get out of there. You also don't to be there in case the person resists and the whole thing turns violent.

I would call a nonemergency line unless the person is an active threat. If it's an "armed and dangerous" kind of offender, call 911. If it's just some butthead for failure to appear, call a nonemergency line.

It is not an emergency! Do not call 911. Just call your local sheriff's office. Even if that office is not the one with the warrant, they will refer it to the proper authority and pick up the individual.

9-1-1 is a recorded line. If you don't want to be recorded, use another phone number for the police. Non emergency numbers are in the phonebook.

You can take them into police station and or call the cops
