I mean, we say that church and state are separate in America, so why don't we put it into practice? Isn't the Constitution the closest thing to a "sacred" document American politicians have? It's their duty to uphold, protect, and amend this basis for every law America has no matter what, so why not just have them swear by it when going into office and skip all the middle school drama?

My sister is a white girl in a predominantly Arab-American school. The girls and boys at this school have been harassing my sister over two years. The kids would call her cell phone and ask her rude things and would call her fat, ugly and that she smells. My sister to me is none of the above. Her academics are slipping and she a good kid. She does not deserve this from anyone. She comes home crying almost everyday and it get harder for her to go school.

I need some legal advice about something that happened a few days ago. I am in highschool, and an aquaintence of mine asked if he could listen to my iPod, I have a problem saying no to people so I handed it over. This was in theatre class, and I was called onto stage to do a scene, I turned to him and asked for my iPod back, he said he would give it when I was done. So I went on stage and did my thing. After the scene was over my adreneline was pumping so my mind was elsewhere, he was called onto stage after I was done, and I forgot to ask for my electronic back. The bell rang dismissing the class, I stood up and started to put my backpack and jacket on, then it occured to me that he still had it. I ran out of class looking for him but he was nowhere to be seen. The next day I confronted him and asked for it back, he said he left it on his seat.

I want to start a lawsuit with two companies, but I am quite unclear what do to. These will probably be in small claims court. If someone with legal knowledge thinks I can get more in regular court, let me know!

Company A: They sold my personal information. They sold my name, birthdate, address, phone number and social security number to company B. They sold the wrong person's information. They were not supposed to sell mine as I was a minor at the time of this (I have signed documents to this extent too).

Company B (collection agency): Purchased my personal information without even verifying that it was the correct person. I had a huge mess with these people. Absolute refusal to help or admit they had the wrong person. They even sent me proof of debt when the proof they sent was proof I did not owe them! They would not even recognize their own mistake there and still said I owed, even with their proof proving wrong.

Where can I file the lawsuit (whose county)?
Small claims best?

If someone is shot in the head but isnt dead and the person is being investigated for a possible shooting would it violate any rights if the court ordered the person to get the bullet removed from his head.

the person was involved in a shooting and the bullet in his head could prove if he was the person who fired the first shot.

If everyone that questions what this government does or says is an idiot then what's the point of even having your own brain? For people to say that we aren't proving anything by asking questions. You and the others are the ones guilty of that crime when you believed whatever the TV told you on that day and didn't question a word of it.

There is no real explanation of the WTC #7 calapsing except a fire and that makes no sense. I also never saw a plane hit the pentagon even though there seems to be plenty of cameras that could have caught it on tape. Who is really avoiding the truth? They released everything about that day to make themselves look good. The government has a lot of control over all the information to media outlets in this country with no balance of power. There are just some questions that remain unanswered. So please take off those red, white, and blue goggles and answer them.

I do not kid myself into thinking I know what happened on that day.

Should the State you live in have the right to control who is allowed to be married by a Pastor, Preacher, or Priest "etc' .

In our State in order to be married by a Pastor, or even a Judge for that matter, you must first recieve license , a blood test,
The list goes on . All of this generates monies which go to the State.
In order to be reconized as married for IRS, Tax purposes etc.
Why should or should not this be allowed to continue.
