The simple changing of a number does not change your biology. DNA, Finger prints, Hair Samples and numerous other things come into play in a murder/homicide/manslaughter case. wear marks on the soles of shoes are even used to catch killers, investigators do not punch in SS numbers and hope for a match. Hypothetically speaking, get a lawyer, then turn yourself in. If you are caught trying to change your SS number, you will only draw more attention and throw up a lot of red flags. Choose The Right thing.

Change it?
you mean as in getting another one so that you (they hypo guy) would have two?
Not trying to be a butthead here, but if someone was trying to change their ss number it would not keep them from getting caught in the murder as the person would probably be found without the use of the ss number (something like dna would be what catches them).

To contemplate dying is an extremely human element. If I killed somebody on twist of fate i could in all probability be emotional on the commencing up and experience terrible for as long because it takes to heal as lots from it as i ought to. it may be an enduring scar i could think of.

How does one of these things even effect the other???

You don't go to jail for manslaughter based on your ssn, you go based on the fact that you accidentally killed someone. They'll arrest you, and never ask for your ssn.
