The first thing I would do is see about getting her transferred to another school, if there's one in the area. Also, I would file a complaint with both the principal and the school board.
If it still doesn't stop, get names and go to the cops. Nobody deserves that.

Where is your mom and dad? Why aren't they doing anything about this. If your sister is not able to get an education and the school is not making it possible for her to get an education, then perhaps mom and dad should get a lawyer. Where are your sisters civil rights? Call the ACLU. They may help her even though she is white.

communicate over with him, and take a verify out and get the conflict resolved peacefully, if that doesn't artwork get your mom and dad and absolutely everyone who will hear in touch. This guy appears like a real peice of rubbish, and he can not act like this. He desires to appreciate what he's doing is incorrect, and which you would be contacting the government if he does not give up. checklist the texts, in case you could print them, do it so as which you have information of what he's asserting and doing.

she would have to report it to the principal or some form or administration. But they will want to know EXACTLY whose doing the harrasing. If nothing is then being done about it she should contact an attorney for discrimination charges against them. She will then have to transfer school, because the will be able to expell her for anything just to get her from there becaue she has a suit filed against the school.

my son had the same problem in school. He would get sick almost every morning because he didn't want to go to school and face those creeps. the best thing we did was take him for karate lessons. it boosted his self esteem to the point were he wouldn't let the other kids intimidate him. i would suggest calling a school that teached karate or any other form of self defence. they deal with this kind of thing all the time. good luck

I hardly believe it- but if you are telling the truth you'd better go to the school authorities and make a big deal about it.

What does the school handbook and policy say? Take the steps, report, document, and/or change schools.
