Hi there.
If one is divorcing or anulling....and one party is in one state and the other in another...one party has zero means of attaining thier property....how can one dispose of it legally? The other person would not have thousands of dollars to ship it (vehicle included). The other person refuses to allow a third party in thier home or to pay for storage for the other party.
What is legal? A rummage sale? Pitching it? Feel free to IM me.
Thanks

Does it bother you that your president and his "nanny government" seem to know what's best for you in the name of "national security"?

(The online gaming act - which was propsed by the religious wrong, failed on its own merits in congress, yet the indian gaming lobby somehow managed to get it tacked onto the "port security bill".

So - let's say you don't play poker.

What are you going to say when the religious wrong decide that we can't talk amongst ourselves online (like here on Yahoo
answers)?

Many question the religious, moral and ethical viewpoints of homosexual marriages. Because religion can not play a role in the decision to allow or deny homosexual marriage in law, what are the moral or ethical reasons you stand by your belief in the matter? whether for or against.

u know i have no problem with the ones that do it the right way and become citizens. but today that's not what happing today for one because we are not making the nm do it any more. my great grand parents immigrated from Germany and they had to know English before they became citizens but it's not like that any more if u go to read the instructions they are written in both English and Spanish. and have u called your phone company here as of late they have a separate thing for Spanish. Even menus are written in Spanish and our kids have to know Spanish before they can even graduate high school now. plus most of them are paid under the table so no taxes paid form them so that kills our economy as well.plus they want to give them welfare so why should they want to become citizens when they don't have to learn the language any more or pay taxes.

I recently wrote a blog post regarding my problem with the flatmate. I never mention the person and his relatives by name, just relating my problems through telling a supposedly true story that might be shocking, demeaning and upsetting.

The question is, will someone be sued for libel/slander/defamation of character for telling the story based on true events but with fictionalized names or never even mention the names at all, with "the man/woman" as a substitute?

I read the excellent Vanity Fair January 2007 article called "Ruthless with Scissors: Fame & Scandal" on the author of the best-selling memoir "Running with Scissors" who have been sued despite altered or fictionalized names and locations.

Can writing the blog article of defamatory and vulgar nature albeit with omitted or altered names fall under the valid legal category for libel & slander complaint?

Today, 30% of DNA paternity tests, nearly one in three, prove that the man involved is not the father of the child in question:

http://www.rense.com/general51/chsup.htm

With ~4M children born per years, this means 1.2M Men every year are victims of paternity fraud.

This also means that 1.6M men are paying child support for children that are not theirs.

Feminists are trying to outlaw paternity testing:

http://www.michnow.org/patact.htm

With child support fitting the definition of peonage or slavery:

http://antipeonage.0catch.com/

"Peonage is thus legally required labor to pay a debt or obligation."

Why are feminists, represented by the body the National Organisation for Women trying to outlaw protections for men from paternity fraud?

Are these the actions of a movement in support of equality and social justice?
