First it depends on where you are. If you are in Zimbabwe they can kick you out anytime they feel like it and you have no recourse. If it is someplace else you may go to the court or the city hall and get help.

This is a very tricky issue to tackle. In my opinion at least, it would be best for anyone interested in discussing this expansively to do a lot of reading in European-Middle Eastern world history. For Muslims (~not all!) (these are most probably the Islamic Extremists) who have something against the "Western societies", they are told of how generations of Middle Eastern societies have been burdened and plundered by Western invaders. The plight and poverty of their societies are attributed to the siphoning of their native territories' resources, probably during the Age of Colonization, to the benefit and over-opulence of European countries. Middle Eastern civilization in fact was thriving in the Middle Ages. A lot of people criticize Middle Eastern culture to be very backwards, when in fact Muslims promoted scientific and scholarly endeavors during their time. They housed great compendia of academic knowledge and they were tolerant of other cultures. Citizens of Europe and incidentally the former colony of the New World (America) have benefited from the suffering of the Middle East. Although I would think that countries, which were formerly ruled by European powers, like China and the South East Asian Nations and continents like South America and Africa would naturally have a vendetta and thirst for payback of their own for being dominated by foreigners, it seems that they don't. These though are just my opinion. Again, I recommend reading more about world history so that you can understand the psyche of the difference cultures of people around the world. I am not Muslim so I am not speaking on their behalf, again I am just asserting my opinion on the somewhat limited knowledge that I have. I bet history scholars have more to say about this.

If it is a home - the landlord has the call due to being sole owner but if apartment check on lease information for rebuttal/dispute information with owners.

The manager has to have documentation to follow their guidelines or else it is discrimination. if they have complaints that are not recent, or no complaints.... it is against the law. go see a lawyer. they can tell you on your first visit without it costing you anything.... go to the office and ask the manager to print out any documentation she has for grounds to terminate your lease or reasons why.... and let her know that you are taking it to a lawyer for discrimination. no matter what the race.... if there is no documentation or police report.... it is against the law.

BUT SADLY HE CAN USE ANY EXCUSE HE WANTS IN COURT,
the court sadly enough favors the landlord and not the tenants rights's I HAD A LANDLORD aim a gun at me because he didn't like a girl that was visiting me. later i learned that he hated her because she was a past tenant that she evicted..it was his word against mine in court..guess who won...the landlord...tenants rights are very weak and hard to find. some states don't even have court room documents in favor of the tenant in case they win....it's scary but it is true.....good luck!

If you put "Renters Rights" or Renters Advocates into your search engine ,you should be able to find an office in your area.Short of hiring an attorney that is probably your best course of action.'

it isn't nice but they can kick you out whenever they want.... they have to let you stay for the amout of time you've paid.... so if you've only paid until the end of the month they can kick you out then..... if you happen to have some kind of contract with him then he has to live up to his side of it as long as you still are doing what you should be
