Almost everything we used to do and enjoy now have restrictions or laws banning them. While some are done for genuine safety reasons, a high % are due to the anti everything lobby. We the public are not anymore in charge of our own destiny, we are controlled by the minority of so called do-gooders, who for some reason, always seem to get high levels of publicity and action from councils and government, while the majority of people in this country just lie down and take it. We may not be a full blooded Nanny state yet, but like it or not that is where we are going, and at a speed that is out of control. Our government and local councils no longer consult the general public when it comes to new laws and rules or ask if we have any opinions on them, a lot of the new laws have gone too far, there were/are scope for compromise, but they just go ahead anyway on the arguments of the minority who shout the loudest.

YES!!! ALL OF IT!!! ESPECIALLY SEX!!! And drugs. And driving fast. And smoking. And drinking. But since we will all be at each others' throats by then, we'll have to ban homicide too. That's a shame, because it's one of my favorites. Not that I do it too often, but I like to keep the option on the table. Why can't we accept that like everything else? It's just intolerant; a matter of cultural bias.

the only reason it somewhat is unlawful is by technique of politics, and ideological thinking. no longer something is predicated off of nice judgment in this usa, its approximately political agendas. it somewhat is considered political suicide to publicly state help for legalization of hashish. additionally evaluate all the lobbyists walking around Washington, you have the tobacco, alcohol, and pharmaceutical companies paying off politicians. Do you think of they desire legalization? No, with the aid of fact they could lose earnings. This factor even however, is only the top of the iceberg. The conflict on drugs has inflated the underground marketplace, and in doing so larger the inducement for criminals one hundred pc, why? with the aid of fact it somewhat is worthwhile and revenue are incentives for some persons to break the regulation. only take a seem on the growth of criminal masterminds during prohibition interior the 20s and 30s. take a seem on the crime stages from the 1970 drug act till recent, they have actually skyrocketed, a similar is going for the detention center inhabitants and wager whos procuring individuals staying in prisons? this is genuine you and me. Drug abuse is a wellbeing difficulty, it turns right into a criminal difficulty while it harms others. To Frieza, why are human beings such as you in many situations so condescending? It ought to be which you're so complete of satisfaction that it makes you blind to understand-how something exterior of your limited "interior the container thinking ideas." tell me if God isn't genuine than what led to the huge bang, what set all of this into action? what led to count number to exist? Your technological awareness hasn't proved that and it in no way will. you could not get something from no longer something.

For every subject you can bring up, you're going to find a group of people against it, and another group that are in strong support of it. Whether it's smoking, drinking, drugs, legalizing prostitution, religion ... doesn't matter. Every catagory has it's supporters and it's anti-supporters.
My personal opinion is to allow an individual to do whatever they like to their own bodies, providing they can't impact someone else's health or wellbeing.

No. We should stick to basing our laws on the Constitutional laws. I'm not into the if it feels good do it mentality. Balance and order. If you can have fun within the framework of the law and it doesn't violate someone else's rights it's OK. Sex should be kept in the bedroom if the kids are home. If you are legal to drink do it at home, ect...
I'm so sorry you had to read some of these questions. I apologize for some of my Liberal Democratic countrymen. They need to be cut back and tuned up. I'm so ashamed of them...

no but people should be accountable for their actions, if you are driving while you are intoxicated and kill someone, yes you should go to the front of the line, people need to think before they do things, not jump into and hope for the best
