I recently received a citation for misdemeanor larceny for attempting to take $90 worth of goods from a store in north carolina. There are errors on my citation for my birth date and more importantly the time of the incident 5:30am instead of 5:30 pm. Also, where I was supposed to sign it reads "Delivered" and I did not sign the ticket. Do I have a chance based on the time error if I plead not guilty. If not what can I expect as a sentence

My husband and I had our will prepared in Ohio and 5 years later moved back to Pennsylvania; everything remains the same except for the place or residence. Is it possible to update the change of address since we moved to a different state or should we call an attorney to prepare a new will?

Okay, so I sent in my form for the ohio child support Quick pay program where they put the money on a debit mastercard...
Can my son use this card, I put his name on it...I just need to know if he will need a picture id or just sign the reciept?

I work for this company in sales and I have a partner and we share the territory and split the commissions, Ihave been doing this for about a 1 and a half yrs, now my job is on the line cause my partner says either my girlfriend moves out of my house on monday, if not then my partner is going to seperate and then their going to give me a real small territory where I cant make no money.

After seeing a judge dismiss my case while totally ignoring material evidence, my attorney convinced me to file an appeal. For months and months my attorney went back and forth with the huge corporation we're suing, filing documents, as happens in lawsuits. Ultimately my attorney was given a deadline to file a brief. My attorney met that deadline. Then, the defendant was given a deadline to respond to my attorney's brief. The defendant requested an extension of time and was granted that extension. The defendant met that deadline. I thought at that point we'd be going to oral arguments, but no!! Instead my attorney was given a deadline to respond to the defendant's brief. It was at this time that my attorney requested an 'enlargement of time', which was granted by the courts. My question now is: If my attorney doesn't respond at all to this brief will the appellate judges deprive us of oral arguments and a trial by jury SOLELY because we did not meet the deadline 2 reply 2 their brief?

I sold my car to a friend and i removed the plates but i forgot the it was still under my name. the car got towed and i just got a letter to pay for the towing and storage charges. Is there anything i can do to make my friend pay for it?

I don't understand a lot of republician's are pro life and believe in the death penalty. When the Floridia right to die case happened people jumped up and down about all life being precious and nobody had the right to take that away. Yet they believe in the death penalty. Yes murder is wrong but so is government sactioned murder. I believe that the justice system has too many flaws and 1 innocent person dying for a crime they didn't commit is too much. What are your opinions?
