I work for this company in sales and I have a partner and we share the territory and split the commissions, Ihave been doing this for about a 1 and a half yrs, now my job is on the line cause my partner says either my girlfriend moves out of my house on monday, if not then my partner is going to seperate and then their going to give me a real small territory where I cant make no money.

I don't know what company you work for, but you should take your sales experience someplace else. I don't see how your partner at work can take control of your personal life. Either you're not telling us something, or you work for a strange company. If it's the latter, seek other employment. Tons of companies are looking for someone with experience in sales. You should have no problem.

There are legal matters at hand here. Call an attorney. Then go take a composition course at your local college to learn proper grammar usage. Both will help you make better job choices in the future.

That sounds alot like harrassment to me. Get a consultation with a lawyer, those are usually free, and see what they think.
