Legal in Tennessee, 2 down untill 20 then they have to be 18+. It changes from state to state though.

No, absolutely not. That is completely legal. In some states, even sexual relations would be legal.

No law against it anywhere unless they have sex & he would be charged with statutory rape. If she got pregnant & they got married then he wouldn't be charged.
