i read that the government in Norway might pass a law that it would be legal to have that kind of relationship with your 'pet'!!!
many people in Norway and Sweden are saying that a pet(dog or cat) usually live for like 15 years, so those people who have pets might start liking them sexually and would start loving them.... so people there are complaining that why is it illegal???
the government said that it would be legal to do that only if the pet would not be 'hurt'.
what's your opinion?!
i think it's gross.

I recently moved onto a new house & in the garage I found a box of pin badges relating to Nazism i.e. Deaths head skulls, SS logo, Swastika logo, etc.
PLEASE NOTE....In no way am I a racist or believe in any sort of doctrine relating to this subject.
It's just that I was going to throw them away, but a friend said I should sell them, as there is a market for such memorabilia. I tried to sell them on ebay but was severely reprimanded, as the content may cause offence to some people.
Any help would be much appreciated, cheers!

I sued a guy and won the small claims court case for $4700. I wondering how to collect this judgement. I have filed a writ of execution. But to levy this bank account or garnish his wages, i need that info. I dont know where he works, and i tried to get him to pay but he wont. How would i go about finding his employment info or his bank info, so i get paid. This is in California.

I looked into collection agencies, but they charge like 25-35% of the winning judgement in fee. Thats crazy. Already paid a load for the court fees. I need to get my money with the low fee cost.

I have been emailing a co-worker for several months. These emails have progressed to a relationship and because we are both married, the relationship never progressed. ( I know bad idea to be involved with a married man..that is not my problem). His wife is a deputy with the local sheriff's office and used her position and some of her co-workers to hack into his email account and steal these emails. I am now being blackmailed with the emails with going to my husband, boss ( I sent emails from home, not work) and posting them all over my workplace. I am being intimidated and harassed constantly by her ( in uniform and carrying a firearm) Was it against the law for her to hack her husbands computer? What legal recourse do I have if she does not stop this harassment? Is it legal for a law enforcement officer to hack into a computer for any reason other than a criminal investigation?

Missouri courts allow judges to assign judicial authority to juvenile officers (see http://www.civilgideon.com/portal/) although Missouri statutes don't specifically authorize this.

Should judges have the authority to assign certain authority to non-judicial and non-attorney employees?

If yes, what criteria should they meet and who should they be answerable to?

If no, who should be held accountable and how for failing to provide due process rights to its citizens?

(Note: This is NOT a mediation issue.)

My husband and i have been together for 9 years, although we just recently got married. We have lived together for 5 of those years. The only thing that we consistently fight about is having guns in the house. He does not hunt, and has never owned his own gun, although his parents do own a few. So during our whole time together, he has not had a gun in his home since he moved out of his parents' house.
We are recently fighting more about this topic, as I do not feel comfortable with a gun in the house. I am unfamiliar with them, do not like the extra responsibility they bring, and think that they will most likely not be helpful in self-defense because they must be locked up at all times. He has taken me target shooting with a 9 mm, and I actually was pretty good and enjoyed it, but still am not comfortable living with one. I don't want a constant reminder of the horrors of the world in my home.

Am I just being stubborn, or do others feel this same way?

It appears there is a push here in Australia to discirminate against smokers who want elective surgery. The reason given is that smokers are slightly more inclined to suffer infection following surgery and so cost the health system more.
As a smoker I know that more than 70% of the retail cost of cigarettes and tobacco in Australia is payment of taxes. This is in addition to the 10% GST and in addition to income tax and in addition to all the other taxes we have....

Smokers who smoke a pack of 25 cigarettes a day for a year spend something like $4015 for their pleasure every year. Of this amount nearly $3000 is in taxes.......

Soooooooo My point is that we contribute an awful lot to the taxes i this country that is money going into the health system that would not be there if we all stopped smoking tomorrow...

Do you still think we should be denied what is available to others?

Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more natural persons to break the law at some time in the future.
Is it difficult to conceive that conspiracies take place.
Are conspiracies more common among the rich or the poor.
Why does the media treat the possibilities of a conspiracy with disdain?
Think about these questions. Do not answer until you think about it for a while.
If you conclude that conspiracies are not rare, that the rich and powerful have more means to carry on conspiracies, That the media is not justified to treat the posibilities of a conspiracy with disdain, tell them so.

I ordered a product on 12/12/06, free shipping. I then acquired as to when it would be here.

One of the people on the phone said 1/12/06 (should arrive)
Email says 1/15/06 (shipped)

The issue here is that the website says it will be at my door in 4 weeks, and they're telling me it might take 6, which goes completely against the time it was when I originally bought the item so it could be shipped to my door.

Is this false advertisement? If not, is there anything else it could be?

I seem to find a problem with mice in my home, and my wife & I live in a small apartment. I am seeing them (seemingly) increase in numbers, but management is kinda slow in regards to making any effort in cleaning them out. I loathe killing them with traps and dragging the stinky or wriggling bodies out of my house, and I worry about glue traps since I just don't want my dogs accidentally stuck with them.

Do I have a LEGAL MATTER with my apartment complex and should I contact some overseer for the city? If so, whom? Or does anyone know a good lawyer for this kind of situation between tenants & their right and apartments? Any helpful legal links would be greatly appreciated. Also, I live in Texas... if that's needed for specificity.

Thank you kindly!

I have to get the address of a former tenant in order to take him to small claims court. He moved and didn't list his address under the new phone number in a different city. I tried a reverse search, but it told me only the street, which is miles long, not the house or apartment number.
