You will have to call to find out. Rule 1. Always ask first, "Who am I speaking to?" in case they decide they don't want to give you the information. Some secretaries feel like protective guard dogs. Don't ask me why. It's not part of their job description. They just get that way. Learned the hard way when some actually hung up and left the phone off the hook. I only called back later in the day and asked who I was speaking to....a whole different ballgame believe me....they don't want to be called on the carpet or have to explain to their boss why they were rude.
