I was wondering if the people selling snow on ebay can legally ship it. I thought water had to be chlorinated or something before shipping it across state lines.

You can ship a lot of things in the mail, but you need to follow the guidelines that is set out by the postal service. They usually have a long list of things that you can NOT ship. But you have to ask just to be on the safe side.

Yes you can, but you can ship it USPS a lot cheaper if you let the snow melt into water, then let the water dry. Dry water don't cost a much to ship as wet water and it doesn't leak.

Get some rest buddy, you have been on line long enough tonight, and by the way, UPS will ship anything, so long as you pay for their services.

snow isn't water.if you can ship snow without it melting, the usos can p-robably deliver it. but i doubt you'd be able to keep it from melting and getting the rest of the mail wet. the post office frowns on things like that.
