Does the CIA take action against their employees if they are having an adulterous affair?

Does the CIA turn a blind eye to affairs? How does one report an affair to the CIA?

Any action the CIA takes concerning their agents,whether if its adultery,policy infractions etc,usually 99.9% of the time are handled by a special dept(Internal Affairs) within the agency itself.Due to the protection of the agents identity.
