what does ebay do when you report them. How long should you wait for your item to show up. If the person said the sent it but it never came is it just your loss

EBay has very specific instructions for buyers at: http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/buying_paying.html - the first step is to contact the seller and then if they are unresponsive or unable to resolve the situation there are steps you can take. If you paid by Paypal or another secure method you may be able to recover the funds as well Read the page I refer to above and hopefully you can get this issue resolved quickly. Good Luck!

how long ago did the seller send the item? we've had a holiday,and the death of pres.ford.so there was no mail mon/tues of this week.well go to the ebay site map.there is a place you can file a complaint for sellers.browse around. dispute console is what your looking for.

Nothing. You can file a complaint, but nothing happens. You can request a chargeback, but nothing happens.
Solution? Don't deal with eBay or PayPal. They are both scammers, and are not regulated by the government.

hopefully you paid using paypal - report it to them and maybe they will get you your money back - it helped me - also leave a feed back saying that you never got the item- they should be willing to work it out with you - they do not like to get bad feed backs - its bad for there business
