I just feel that my rights as a smoker has been stripped.This is a free country last I heard.I try to respect others and they try taking my rights.There can be smoking and non-smoking places.As for a business I think it should be up to the owner to make that choice.

My car was towed from my apartment complex a week ago, although it had all permits, registration etc. The management company has now agreed to have the towing company return the vehicle, but is now saying we were cited weeks ago (lie) but still gives us no reason why. I would like to know what legal standing we have regarding missing work, distress and pure inconvience with having to deal with the whole situation.

my friend has filed for child support for two children her ex left her for another woman and gives her no help .they went to court for a temporary hearing he said he only gets 2500.00 month income wich is not true he is a general contractor when they were living toghether he was getting more than 8000.00 per month he does not get payed with company checks but personal checks only took a verification of 2500. 00 to court lied about getting less than he does ,the judge believed him and gave her less money than what her children deserve meanwhiles he is laughing at her and buying property in someelses name in mexico. this is why i need to know were I can get this info to submit to court on the final decision.

I broke my little finger at a special needs school i work at. It isnt healing after 10 weeks. I want to claim for personal injury. I have been their 12 months. Since then,the headmistress has had countless meetings with me from my C.R.B form, which she says something has arisen which has set alarm bells ringing, to not signing out which she says is a deriliction of duty. I have been residing with a clique of people who are a bad influence, to allowing EBD kids to swear and smoke. All are lies.
I feel like walking away......but I love the job I do because I get really good results.
Should I put up and shut up!!!???.

I THINK I MAY BE A VICTIM OF THE 419 SCAM ON DECEMBER 2 I RECIEVED AN ALERT ON MY 360 PAGE TELLING ME THAT A RELETIVE WITH MY SAME LAST NAME DIED ALONG WITH ALL OF HIS IMMEDIATE AND HE LEFT A LARGE SUM OF MONEY IN THE BANK THAT NEEDS TO BE CLAIMED BEFORE DECLARED UNSERVICABLE IF I APPLY TO THE BANK AS NEXT OF KIN I WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE ACCOUNT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO SPLIT THE MONIES WITH HIM PLUS 5 PERCENT FOR THE TRANSFER FEE HE HAD SENT ME SOME FORM OF IDENTIFICATION THAT SAYS HE WORKS AT THE BANK AND ALSO I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT HIM BUT SOMEBODY TOLD ME ABOUT A NIGERIAN SCAM AND I JUST WANTED SOME INFO ON THIS AND A WAY TO REPORT THIS PERSON YOU ALSO SHOULD KNOW THAT i GAVE HIM MY NAME DOB AND ADDRESS AFTER HE FOWARDED ME HIS WORK ID BADGE I THOUGHT IT WAS LEGITIMATE SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND HOW HE WILL USE THIS INFO?

A friend of mine has to go be interviewed at the probation department before his felony trial date. He has never been in trouble before and it was a nonviolent offense. Does anyone know the purpose of these interviews and what kind of questions will be asked and what responses can help or hurt his case.

To finish the story, he really is worried that if he tries to do the "right thing" that it will open a can of worms that may not be able to be shut again. Things are peacefull and hes doing well here. He has a good job aqnd family to support his efforts. We all know whats up and are in a fix with the whole thing. What really is "the right thing " here? Going back to a state that isnt even actively looking for him or staying silent.

Today i was at costcutters to buy a drink , it said all can drinks 59p, so i took one up to the counter and said how much he said 65p. So i put the down down, then walked out side. Then i saw i special offer for biscuits, so i run in and said to my friend do u want the special offer. Then the man said ot, get out for no reson Eariler on the man said to another 1 of my friend that he knows that i have stoled something, even though i didn't. They make you put your hand on the Bible in court. I think this is very disrespective. First, it indirectly makes it seem that the Bible is promoting human law. Some people feel too strongly about the Holy Bible to even consider swearing on it. That puts God's book on a level that it shouldn't be. Next, many of people are not Christian. It means nothing to them to swear on just another book. That is even more disrespectful. Since it is a U.S. court, shouldn't we be swearing on the Constitution or something like that? I think it would make much more sense, since these people on trial are all US citizens to make them swear on their own country.

I have a small little situation. I am in this band in high school and i dont know what to think of this. Every time we go to an event such as a football game or contest etc., the band all huddles together and prays to god and jesus. I find this highly offensive to me personally but i dont know if this is against the law or not. I know that praying like that is against the law during school but it is after school they do these things. However, it is not an option to attend or not it is required that you go to these things or you will fail the class. so i have no clue what to do at this point, they have done it all semester but it has not i have just been to nervous to say anything. Please any advice will go a long way for me.

an lpg car was advertised on ebay we bidded for it but was outbid and the car wasnt sold as the reserve wasnt met so we conatcted the owner to see if we could still buy it he said yes but we had to pay a deposit of £250 through paypal so we did. it was advertised that the had nothing wrong with at all. we picked it up and brought it home and found there the left wing mirrors not working, theres no reverse light no tow bar as advertised no valve to put in the gas had to pay £60 extra and when my boyfriend filled it up with gas the car was filled up with the gas as theres no tank at all! we're lucky our chldren weren't in the car. its gonna cost us an extra £350 maybe more to fit one in and the guy is refusing to pay even when he assured us it was underneath (got a copy of his ebay email of this) also the car passed its moton the same day we picked it and it clearly says lpg on it but shouldnt they have least checked it? and isnt it false advertising? please help?
