what is the conflict between amendment 4 and the Patriot Act?

i dont know if its the patriot act but its the act that says your yard (backyard, front yard) can be searched without a search warrant.

that is the Patriot Act, and it includes your house too. the conflict is that the 4th Amendment requires a Warrant for all searches- yes, even to search somebody's yard.
