it depends. Have you served your sentence? if so, there shouldn't be too much trouble. If not, don't bother applying.

How hard is it to vote if you're a convicted felon? If you know this answer, you answered your own question.

Actually, you can still get a passport if you are a convicted felon. More red tape, perhaps, but it can be done.

Go figure. It would actually make sense for it to be easier for a convicted felon to get a passport. Just make it good for LEAVING the country but not RE-ENTERING. Think of the money we could save housing criminals!

Do you mean a passport or a visa? If you are a convicted velon, you will NOT get a visa to the United States. I really doubt you'll get a passport, either.
