She is employed full-time but lives with us for practically free. She is a spender, not a saver. She has no life insurance or savings for retirement. She has a whopper of a credit card balance going. I am wondering about if she were to pass away with this debt, who is responsible for paying that off? Does the credit card companies just write it off?

Here's the deal, I had sex with this girl, it was a one night stand and she was on pill, I used condom, whatever.

She says she's pregnant, but not sure, I don't want the kid or her, and I told her to abort. Can I take her to court and make her abort, or can I sign away all rights to the child and kick them out of my life?

i was making 16 dollars an hour for 4 weeks with a company and have made this wage before. we were kicked off of a track by the developer and the employer cut all of our wages to 7 dollars and hour for time we had allready worked. Now he has paid up the other members of my crew but refuses to pay me my wage. they cant do that can they? and who should i report it too.

Hi everyone
I just married in few days ago, my photographer told me that he lost some parts (photos with my guests in wedding dinner) of my wedding photos. I'm very unhappy right now. I already paid the service but the photographer only gave me two parts (morning and afternoon) missing dinner. He also said I signed the paper that regarding his libility. He only pay less than $100 to me. I said it means nothing because I spent $10,000 to invite my guest to attend my wedding dinner and right now he lost that part. why do i spend this money $10,000 and get nothing on it.
Please give me some advice?

My little sister (19) bought a truck and has owned it for 26 days. She had 30 days to get the tags changed, so dealer tags are still good on it. She didn't have insurance yet because she couldn't get insurance until she got the tags. Today, as she was leaving my house another lady ran a stop sign and t-boned her, totalling the truck. My sister was ticketed for no insurance- how much trouble is she most likely going to be in? We live in Tennessee and she's never been in trouble for anything before.

ok. please. i need serious answers only. i just found out that my friend was raped by her father a number of times when she was younger. she is my best friend and i cant belive he did this to her. she was never physicaly hurt but she has been with her boyfriend for 2 years and is scared to have sex with him. she doesnt live with her parents anymore and her mom doesnt know about any of this. whats the right thing for me to do? stay out of this? go to the cops and get that asshole in prision, what? someone, anyone i need advice. ive never been in this situation before. he hasnt touched her for about 4 years, is it too late to do anything? she never told anyone except me a few days ago.
