Sigma Hospital has 4 cardiologists working full time.

Doctor A has been with Sigma for 22 years performed 2000 catheterizations with 8 major complications.
Doctor B has been with Sigma for 13 years performed 1660 catheterizations with 1 major complication
Doctor C has been with Sigma for 9 years performed 886 catheterizations with 7 major complications
Doctor D has been with Sigma for 3 years performed 159 catheterizations with 2 major complications

You are the hospital lawyer, you recommend not to renew

Now doctor C is the Chief Cardiologist and doctor D has no Board Certification. Doctors A&B are very elderly, past retirement age. The youngest doctor is a minority female with a handicap. The complications are all similar but only Doctor A & D have been served with two lawsuits.

Doctor C seems to be the one w/ most complications for the number of years.

I'd have to know what was the cause of the complications. You can always be sure that the doctor was in error.
Need more facts.
