the laws are made by people,to draw a line between the actions that cause harm and the ones that do not..
Removing the laws wont change the description of the crime, the only thing that will make the difference is the punishment will be given in a society by peoples own decisions.
the crime has created laws,so deleting the laws wont make crimes disappear in the fog like an untouched soul in the fog.

A crime is only what we define as breaking the law. Therefore without laws, there is no crime.
Currently, there are more crimes than ever before, because there are more laws than ever before - it has been reported that there have been about 3000 new criminal offences since labour came to power.

Without laws there couldnt be any crime. But society would be a much worse place, it would depend on the morality an conscious of an individual and unfortunately that is lacking in too many people today (as is my spelling lol)

A crime by definition is the breaking of a law. Without laws, there is no "crime" per se. But there would be great violence and anarchy.

Well.. this is a tough because with out laws people that break the law wouldn't think they are "bad" but people could just take things and kill someone and nothing would happen so i think there would be more crime if there were now laws.
If someone upset someone they could kill with no consequences but as we do have laws there are consequences.

In a sense yes. Although, laws were made to protect the people. I think that welfare is the biggest agitator on crime in the country.
