Here's the deal, I had sex with this girl, it was a one night stand and she was on pill, I used condom, whatever.
She says she's pregnant, but not sure, I don't want the kid or her, and I told her to abort. Can I take her to court and make her abort, or can I sign away all rights to the child and kick them out of my life?

You need to take a DNA test to make sure you are the correct one night stand. However, if you are the daddy, even if you sign away your rights, you will still be obligated to pay child support until the child is 18 years old (in some states until they are 21).
Also, no court is going to make her have an abortion. You will be villified in the press (and believe me a case like that would get a LOT of press) as a monster, and the judge will rule against you anyway.
Now, perhaps you might be able to pursuade her to give the baby up for adoption, but it is really her choice.
No judgement from me as to how you got in this predicament, but you need to be more careful in the future.

How can you make a girl kill your child? Hmmmm..what's wrong with this picture?
I am for a woman's right to choose, (even though abortion is not a choice I would make) but your question just sounds so cold.
Sheeesh...first step would be to find out if she's really pregnant. Then give yourself a little time to let it sink in. If you still feel the same way discuss with her the option of signing over your parental rights. Just keep in mind, though, that this may not exempt you from having to pay child support.
I would really recommend thinking long and hard about it before you write your child off, though. It may turn out to be the biggest regret of your life, not to mention what it will do to the child YOU made!

You can ask her. If she says no, then deal with it.
After the baby is born you can take a paternity test.
She sounds a little unstable, so I think it's questionable that the baby exists and equally questionable that it's yours.
If the baby is yours--it takes two to tango/tangle--and the baby will deserve some love and financial support from you.
Right now, be kind. Tell her that you are not interested in her as a girlfriend or lover, but you are interested in her as the potential mother of your child and that you want to know for certain if she is pregnant. See if she'll take a pregnancy test with you outside the bathroom door. The negative result will put your mind at ease.
Don't be cruel. And never suggest that you would kick a helpless baby out of your life.
And don't have sex with just anyone. See what happens?

First of all...you cannot make anyone have an abortion and even if you choose to not be apart of the child's life you at the very least you will have to pay child support. given that you wore a condom and she says shes on birth control A. you don't even know that shes pregnat and B. if she is make you have a DNA test done, who is to say that it is even yours esspecially if you wore a condom. Also if you dont want a child and dont want to find yourself in these kinds of situations then be more careful about the people you sleep with! take some responsability

No, you absolutely cannot make her have an abortion. If you're proven to be the father, it's your responsibility -- legally and morally -- to support the child.
For what it's worth, in my opinion, abortion is murder. I believe in choice -- but the choice needs to be made before going to bed, not after.

You cant make a girl do anything..its her body. Obortions are more serious than you think. Its an operation to her body. You sound alittle cold, maybe you should have thought about that before you took down your pants. If its your son she has the right to get child support from you.
