I`ve been told to go to the law library, but I don`t have a car and there is no bus service where I live. I can`t afford another attorney.

I'm a California attorney and would be willing to share one of my appellate briefs with you (free of charge, of course.) Contact me through this service if you wish.

Go to your state Law Library. Usually you can check out briefs written in other cases. Use them as a guide for format and you may even find some cases where the issues are similar to your case.

This doesn't sound like a legitimate question? First of all, if you need this brief? Why don't you just ask for hep, IE THE INTERNET??????? If that does not work (which is free) then why not contact the people that you want this information from, I am sure that if you explain your obvious issues then they can suggest more help for you, which you obviously need.

If you don't even have a friend who can drive you to a law library you are in a really bad place.

The internet is the best place to answer your question and luckily it is right in front of you no gas needed.
