Unless you are not of age you can never have your record cleared. I do like Veritas post, & if you fall into one of those 4 you should have no problem.

I've never been convicted of anything, especially not a felony, but I know of someone who has and her life is very difficult now that she is trying to do the right things. I never heard of expunging felonies; however, if you want to have a good life, you can. You just have to work very, very hard. Work your way from the bottom to wherever you want and forget those people who just want you to live in your past for whatever reason, forget those who judge you. You can get over it and succeed. Sometimes there will be things you don't want to suffer through, things that hurt your pride and slow you down, but it's all for a greater good.... Live right.

there is no way that you can have a felony removed off of your record. A felony will show up in even the slightest background check.

my friend was.when he got out of prison he started a community center and got a lot kids off the streets and out of gangs.he got them jobs through temporary services and other programs.for his work a lawyer filed a petition with the governors office for a pardon.the governor did in fact pardon him.so i guess a pardon from your governor would be the only way i know of, but it is possible.hope that helps.good luck.
