I hate the people who throw eggs at your house with a passion, is there any way i can deal some payback to those i catch doing it, (without going to jail, getting sued, etc). Calling the cops in my neighborhood does not work. They arrive hours later, and shrug. It's not like they can do anything anyway.

Currently this summer, Iraq's have died at a rate of 1000 per month. This was more than under sadam. Sadam had to act like an *** because his people are heathens. It wasnt him ordering killings, it was his corrupt soldiers and his son. Cant blame parents for their kids actions. Of course I dont know how much of that is true. The united states admitted paying reporters for propaganda in miami. How much propaganda money did they spend on WMD's? Now why are we in IraQ? There are hundreds of governments killing their own people, why not invade them too? Is it the oil? or is it that the united states are owned by investors of other countries? Whats your thougth on BUSH who released the benladen family while all flights were grounded and who didnt get interviewed by the CIA?

My father has a case and on the day of the hearing is attorney did not turn up(civil case). The attorney notified the court of a scheduling conflict and the clerk confirmed receipt of the notification. However, on the day of the hearing, the court stated that they had not been informed and were not happy about the attorney not being there. The judge proceeded without my fathers attorney despite his 20-25 time request not to proceed without his attorney. The judge made a ruling on the matter. The attorney does have proof that the clerk of court confirmed receipt of the notification that he would not attend. The lawyer that was pretty bad, had since quit.

Can the judge rule despite the fact that my father asked the court not to?

If you saw a really really bad question that sounded like that person would harm someone of that race or religious belief, would you want them reported to the government such as the Homeland Security Council. even if they asked it in here.

ITS NOT FREEDOM OF SPEECH, ITS A CRIME TO THREATEN A LIFE. ANY LIFE.

If you use this question to threaten as a joke, that’s just as bad as the real person that would really do that to someone.
When people joke about killing how will we find people like terrorist or any other committing the real crime?

where in the law would this internet threat type action be under?

The Supreme Court decision and dissents for the case where the court ordered the recount to be stopped while Bush was ahead is a fascinating read, I recommend you look it up... this and all other supreme court decisions are available on the internet. I am not a lawyer and it still provided some deep insights. It is the flimsiest excuse they could come up with to get the man elected... basically the decision was it's more important to choose a president right now, when bush is ahead, than to count the votes, and went against all precedents of attempting to discern voter intention.

Anyway, if you believe me or not, go read the opinions and dissents. It's fascinating. If you have, tell me what you think.

I worked manipulated shifts & positions to try & make me QUIT! After 1st Unemp. Hearing told L&IRC APPEAL Mgr. "LIED UNDER OATH". That got me DISCHARGED cause he did not like being called a lier! Yet month later they requested hearing to prevent me from unemployment$$$ AGAIN, had a witness LIE, Mgr. lied again. They won again! Now i have evedence to prove they lied but inadmissable in Circuit Court of Appeals because it was not in Hearing - which I did not know what eveidence needed.

Since I have evidence after the fact to prove PERJURY, told to drop Appeal and sue directly with charges of Defamation of Character, Slander & Libel, Asked for letter of discharge which has the lies rather then the fact "Manager did not like being called a LIAR"...

Any ideas or alternative suggestions???

Are you for or against the NSA wiretapping? Because many seem to think it is OK to violate our constitution since they have nothing to hide. Do you trust the government to not be corrupt?
