Is it true in California that when you pay $3,000 in DMV they clean your driving record? Is that true some guy told my bro at work but I dont know if its true.

Your brother's friend is full of bullpoop. Once something's on your DMV record, it's permanent. Even traffic school stays on, even if you go to a class.

different states have different methods of avoiding getting something on your record, but once there, only time can get it off.
