I am not convinced by either arguement. Any one made up their minds?

cheers - would really value the opinions.

Really, I've been curious about this for some time. Our legal system is often weighted in favor of mothers. But occassionally, the father gets child custody. Is it common for the mother to then have to pay child support or is this something that doesn't happen?

If so, why or why not?

I recieved a judgement about two years ago in a L&T case in the state of Virginia. The landlord was granted possession of the premises but I payed right after court and I was allowed to stay in the apartment. I have heard that there is a ten day rule before the file goes to the credit reporting agency but I need to find this rule for proof. How do I get this thing off of my credit report?

ABC is being blamed for distributing propaganda to secretly assist the current and former Bush administrations' involvement or attempts to destroy peaceful resolutions to the Mid East's Zionist/Palestinian conflict. By listing Hebrew, Israeli or Jewish surnames attached to, or in any way involved in the ABC mini series project it may be easy to dispel suspicions raised by some in the public mainstream.
