Is it legal to sell tap water? I would like to do so in very small amounts (appx 15mL), not to drink but as a souvenir of New York City.

The first time i got caught shoplifting was 3 years ago. Just recently, I decided to steal a can of soda from a grocery store. I had a bag of groceries I had already bought, and put the can of soda in the bag. A plain clothes cop caught me. It's been about 2 weeks, now, and I haven't gotten anything in the mail. I'm still a minor.

Will I now have a felony? Will I need to hire a lawyer? What do I do? Will this go away when I'm 18?

I didn't steal during those 3 years at all. After I had paid for all my groceries, I figured that I wanted a soda, and didn't want to wait in line again, so I took one. I had thought about it before I did it and I was really nervous about it, but I didn't want to wait in line because I was short on time, so I decided to do it. It was a stupid decision.

What are your general thoughts about it? Should stem cell research be funded by the government - is there even enough known about it right now to call for government funding? Is it ethical?

Just interested in hearing your thoughts. :)

A paid informant was kept out of jail by a cop who wanted to make a name. This guy was busted for stealing, assault and massive amounts of drugs. In exchange for not going to jail this guy dropped the dime and got the cop a load of .5&.10 cent bust.while being paid and supplied with drugs by the cop to bust more people this guy kills a preg. mother of two and the two children as well, ages 3 and 7.this cop goes to court and tells the judge he needs the guy on the street, that he lost his temper from chewing on matchsticks and shouldn't be responsible for his actions.SO,don't you think the guy needs fried and the cop needs to be charged as an accessory? The guy got 15 years and the cop still has his job and no charges were ever filed aganist him for allowing this guy to remain on the street. You can bet if you were responsible for someone that commited a crime, you'd be charged.what puts this pig above the law?

Canada, Ontario... Its a 5 story low rise with about 60+ tenants. He is not a qualified electrician and a bad drunk. He showed me his handywork in an apt that he was getting ready for the new tenant. he removes the 2 prong ungrounded plugs and puts in a 3 prong plug but he has nothing to connect the ground to... Is there a law in Canada against this potentially dangerous act? Also the quality of his work is untrustworthy and probably a fire hazard. I would like to call some sort of electrical inspector but i don't know exactly where to go for help. I don't want to be identified as the whistleblower because if he doesn't get fired then i have to deal with his vindictive behaviour.
