If you have an idea where the suit was filed, go to the court clerk's office in that jurisdiction & look it up in a "party index" that all courts maintain. It may be in a book, on a computer, or, in some districts, on line.

Go to the county seat and search public records. There are people there who can help you find what you are looking for. If it was filed in District court, you will have to locate where district court is in your area. District court cases are often recorded in a different county in the district, so you may have to look elsewhere.

the fastest way is to ask them if they have ever been sued ... but if this is a specific lawsuit and you want to identify all of the parties just call the clerk of the court in which it was filed and ask them ...
