Go to the clerk of the Court, and ask to set a hearing date for your issue. If they ask you if you have an attorney, tell them no but you would like the "visit" with the judge. Explain your circumstances, you will probably get a mediator to assist you. There is nothing to lose. Go for it!

If you can't afford a lawyer, the Court will appoint one for you for free.
You MUST know this. You hear it every-time a cop arrests someone (on TV, anyway).

shouldn't you go back to family court to inform them of your financial status? they might be able to reduce your payments. do you need a lawyer for family court? i don't think so.

That just sucks for you. You need to find a way to pay your child support. I'll bet if it come to party's, clothes, drinking, etc., you would find a way. You get what you deserve dead beat dad.
