What is your opinion of this? Terrorists aren't soldiers, but can commit warcrimes?
What sort of legal definition should terrorists have?

Right now, it's like they are subhuman, but if so, does any court have validity passing sentence on them?

(in my view, terrorist organisations are like international mafias, bent on intimidation and such, and should be considered criminals, while their militant arms should be considered soldiers, and given the respect due to enemy soldiers.)

In March of this year my dad and I went to a convenient store.When we walked out of the store we seen a woman backing up in our truck.We both rushed out to stop her I went through the window and grabbed her she hit the gas and my Dad.My dad has severe brain injurys.We went to court the other day and they told us that the woman was crazy so they did not do anything to her.The judge said take it to civil court.I get in trouble I have to go to jail and pay fines,she don't even get a slap on the wrist.The judge also said that it would only be a misdermenor if she was charged with anything,and the prosocuter didn't think it was worth it.IF STEALING A TRUCK IS A MISDERMENOR,I SAY WE ALL GO GET A NEW ONE FIRST CHANCE WE GET!!!!
Some of you might say it is a racial thing but I don't think so,the black person got away.

there is a combine agriculture land of 4 bigha.the owner of this land are two brothers. x&y . they have the compromise on stamp paper that x will have 2 bigha towards south and y will have 2 bigha towards north side in 1998.now the land was used by z with some payment to x&y for 10 years. now z purchases the land from x south side in 2002 at the rate Rs.80,000. in the registry no side was mentioned. s purchases the land from y in 2006 at the rate 3,00,000 because north side has two roads with the boundary of land, also mentioning the side north in the registry.now z wants the land towards north side .what is the solution. who will get the land towards north side.please help me i am s.z is not doing unjustice with me

my mom is on public assistance and lives in new york city public housing she is having a problem with them! She has had numerous counts against her about rent payments! They constantly harass her almos every other month about how much she owes but to her knowledge she doesn't owe anything! She has cases workers that do their job as far as how the city pays the rent but the manager keeps harassing her about how the rent is paid! My mom is now on medication just to be able to deal with the problems they have caused! Someone please help because I don't want to loose my mother to this! I have a brother who married a mexican woman, he did not apply for a fiance`e pass? We were wondering if the marriage would be void if not done properly? and also she has a border pass? which allows her 50 miles past border and well shes way over that, does that also make her illegal, her family says no.
