What is your opinion of this? Terrorists aren't soldiers, but can commit warcrimes?
What sort of legal definition should terrorists have?

Right now, it's like they are subhuman, but if so, does any court have validity passing sentence on them?

(in my view, terrorist organisations are like international mafias, bent on intimidation and such, and should be considered criminals, while their militant arms should be considered soldiers, and given the respect due to enemy soldiers.)

As for my political persuasion, I vote for the Swedish People's Party in Finland (SFP). Not that it is any of your business.

I, somehow, agree with you. Any who came in with a military to harm, hurt and of course kill is a WAR CRIMINAL.
Out of these are the following:
Bush, Blair, Ulmert, Sharon, Moshe Dayan, Samir Gaagaa ( of Lebanon, with a gang of Christian Militia killing 2800 innocents , mainly kids and oldies in cold blood in 82 ) and all those who were involved in the Shabra and Former Yugoslavia massacres.

Those who get out of their beds with intent to kill are legally criminals killers and blood suckers. If one is fighting to regain his country, honour or protect his faith or family, then he is a HERO.

People who wake up every day with new ideas to kill , like those Israelis who bombed the nativity Church in Palestine, or Samara mosque in Iraq or the Twin Towers in NY, those should stand before the Hague International Court .
Or get them in a sudden mysterious coma??

I'm not sure if this is a matter of opinion. Whether they can be tried as war criminals or not has probably been set down in international law.

yes i do have the same headaches they should term them as criminal because their intention is killing and no country is at war with them and if any countries have any valid proof that they have any intention of terror act please do prosecute them but do not hold them at Gautama base for such act will make other terrorist to act again so put a stop to that

Terrorists are should NOT be allowed any respect, they do not fight as soldiers and they do not wear uniforms, the are very much sub-human and should be shot on the spot.

You're a dick-head liberal splitting hairs over the fate of killers. You're the reason for lawlessness and suffering. Your view is ludicrous unless you are willing to have these respected soldiers live near you. Idiot.

Can't. You either dealing with a terrorist attack of an attack of a foreign nation. You can not have both so there is no war and therefore no war crime.
