I'm thinking of the upper-decker, where you remove the lid and sit up there and drop one then replace the lid, the person never looks under there. Any other ideas?

Better than that; suran wrap the bowl under the seat. Replace the lid and seat so all appears normal. Make sure you use the kind of wrap that is self sticking and clear as a pane of new glass. All's well that ends well. Good luck

Open the tank and remove the lever that connects the flushing handle to the ballcock. Take a serious dump in his toilet and he won't be able to flush it away. He'll have to stand there inches away from your crap and fix his toilet.
