I'm sorry but I really find it inconcievable why people can still believe that Bush is a great President. After admitting that he outright lied on certain issues, didn't acquire correct evidence to support an unjust war and cause a rift not only among the international community but also the American population, how can people still say he's doing a good job? Seriously I would like to hear from both sides, why do you think people still support this man? Why?

No I am no longer with my ex for we have been trying to get a divorce for over a year. If it were left up to me he would never see my children. We have been seperated for over 6 years. The man is very bitter because of the divorce. I dont remember if I told him to spank my child I really don't for I don't spank my kids. So me telling him to do so is not likely of me to do. I may have told him to go ahead and spank him because he's going to do it even if I say don't do it. I do care if he hurst my kids. The courts don't care the judge told him it was okay to discipline the kids (((the judge is for Corpual Punishment))) my son never had a chance with this judge

This is a hypothetical situation - lets say I believe that a local business is involved in illegal activities (selling drugs or guns etc) I decide to open a snack bar beside them because the space is for rent. Because of the suspected illegal activity next door I end up with lots and lots of customers at my snack bar because of all of the traffic. Is it unethical to profit indirectly from this business?

In 1588 the queen and government of England were condemned by the Pope in Rome for being 'heretics'. Catholics were forced to choose between obeying the laws of England or the views of the Pope. Is it not dangerous that, today in the USA there are 5 newly appointed Supreme Court judges who are Catholic and who may, if forced to do so, give allegiance first to Rome and its doctrines rather than the democratic constitution of the USA ? Such a possibility must surely be cause for concern if the state is not to be overwhelmed by vested interests such as the agenda of Catholicism.

I have an 8 year old girl from a previous marriage. I am trying to modify the visitation and child support fairly under AZ state law. My ex was involved in a vehicle rollover and my child was involved too. My child is 130lbs (at 8) and was diagnosed with obesity. My ex was informed by doctors since the child was 4. She is eating the wrong foods (mcdonalds, BK, etc.). All she does is complain about me. I have medical records, school records, police reports, welfare fraud report, etc. about my 8 year old. I am clean, not even a traffic ticket. I have been raising a baby from my current wife by myself.....Healthy boy. Doctors records to prove it. My question is this.....Can the Judge grant me custody of the 8 year old even if i am not asking for it?

Marijuana/Cannabis is beneficial in many ways, a new study from UCLA states that it may increase brain activity. At worst it slows the brain cells temporarily, yet even under temporary paralys, the cells still regenerate to full capacity. Cannabis relieves tension, thus making very useful in treating pain, especially chronic pains, and relieves symptoms like stress, not to mention relieves pressure in the back of the eyes for Glaucoma patients. Marijuana gives AIDS patients an appetite.

There are no cases documented in the history of medicine of Cannabis/Marijuana having a fatal effect and the National Highway Safety Institute reports that marijuana users have the same or lower amount of accidents as the general non marijuana using population as a whole.

As a British person I greatly admire the Constitution of the USA which says that the state and the church should always be separate. But what happens if, in a state of emergency, when normal government is suspended, the judges happen to believe in a marriage of church and state ? Should they be exposed ?

I believe this issue is a real danger to democracy. What do you think ?

p.s. The UK doesn't even have a real constitution so the USA can really teach us on this one.

live on the 2nd story of an apartment building above 2 80+ year olds. For the past year and a half, they have written several letters to me and the landlord saying me and my family are too loud as far as talking on my balcony, shutting the sliding glass doors too hard, etc. Now, they are having their daughter call the office daily to complain about us. Needless to say, my husband and I have a 4 year old and we are the only ones that live here. We do not have parties, we do not play loud music, we are just normal people. I have already filed for an injunction with the courts but it was denied as my neighbor would have had to physically threaten me. Soooooo....What legal rights do I have or what can I do?

A Starbucks coffee store recently moved into my neighborhood, well on the fringe of it. Despite neighborhood protests, petitions and letters to local government, the business went in. We don't much care for the effect it is having on the neighborhood, especially with additional traffic congestion.

Would we be within our rights to build a huge slingshot out of surgical rubber tubing and hurl bags of our feces at the establishment? Hopefully it would drive customers away and force the business to shut down.

We are a country comprised of many cultures and perspectives, so why is it that Church and State remain "married" in law; yet we claim the separation of the two.

**by the way I am a Christian, so this is no way an attack on the Christian faith**
