In some states it is legal to record a conversation so long as one of the parties is aware of the recording. Such as, I record you - me knowing - it would be legal.

It depends on the state (or country). Many states prohibit use of recordings as evidene, absent consent.

But if the charge is perjury, the state may have an exception during cross-examination for impeachment purposes.

In some states, yes. If there was an eavesdropping warrant approved by the court, yes. Much depends on where the recorded converstation took place and the facts surrounding it.

It depends on where you live. In some states it is a felony to record another person without their knowledge. However, in some states it is allowed.

If there was a warrant to wire-tap then yes would be admissible.
In some cases even if one person is aware, it is still admissible.
