they have 3 counts against him for one offense....one count on his birth name, one count on his initials and surname, and one count on his nickname and surname......I belive this is unethicial, and illegal. the local D.A. is not above underhanded, unethical practices. I live under texas law, does anyone know the penal code in refeeerence to this?

No, it is neither unethical nor illegal.
If they are the same offense, then only one count of the indictment can be proven. All this does, under the three counts, is withstand a motion to dismiss based on a claim that the indictment is defective because it lists the wrong name.
A person cannot be sentenced for the same crime more than once, so the multiple counts are procedural and not substantive.

Honestly, I would way my options more thoroughly. Anything more than 3 years is not really something to consider, in my opinion. If you can, try to flee the country. If you can't do that, have a metal reverse bear trap installed in your anus, so as to avoid being anally raped in jail. Then get a tattoo that says "Exit Only" on your butt cheeks! After you get that trap installed, then you should seek out a means to protest your innocence. Depending on the crime, your resistance may prove more usefull than you think in the long run. Your sentence may be reduced due to continued protest of innocence, along with good behaviour whilst in imprisonment. Think long term before considering either path. A journey outside the country, with an arrest warrant for criminal behaviour, makes you look incredibly guilty. Some countries may have rules and regulations against your arrest warrants in the US, and would gladly simply hand you over, in order to keep peace with the US. It all depends on your crime, more than anything though. Then, the fact that you fled and got caught, makes your case look even worse. My best advice would be to change your ways and suck up the punishment. Most people don't think they did anything wrong. Maybe they did or didn't, but the fact of the matter is, the company you are keeping has gotten you into this mess, if it indeed wasn't you.

Get a grip this doesn't happen. Lots of guys has alias and multiple names. Women marry to 5 different guys have 5 different names. They are on their record but you can only be changed once for each crime. What you do need is a lawyer.
He can get it all straightened out. The court will appoint one if you can't afford one.

"how can the life of such a man,
be in the palms of some fools hands,
to see him obviously framed,
couldn't help you feel ashamed,
to live in a land, where justice is a game..."
