Do we have to let these ppl in even when we know we aren't abusing our children? If we let them in,does it mean they have total control of our home? Does it mean we are guilty if we let them in? It seems that our neighbors got a kick out of seeing social services at our doors and out of seeing me upset at these ppl coming to our home. Do we abosolutely have to let them in? or will they think we are hiding something? Whatever happened to our right to privacy?

Wednesday, President Bush admitted to having secret CIA bases scattered throughout eastern europe which he had previously denied existing to the american public in no uncertain terms.

The reason for the secret bases and why these terrorists have not been brought to american prisons is to avoid the monitoring of their conditions, in violation of the Geneva convention. The tacit understanding is that torture would be occurring even though Pres.Bush has stated, "I want to be absolutely clear with our people, and the world: The United States does not torture."

He did however ackknowledge that, "I cannot describe the specific methods used — I think you understand why. But I can say the procedures were tough, and they were safe and lawful and necessary"

However, with the definition of psychological torture extending into "outrages against personal dignity" and "humiliating and degrading treatment", it seems clear that Bush has lied about this situation to the face of America.

How are these law terms weighed valued in court? Would tenants prevail in court? Are tenants in the right to demand the month rent they lived in property back plus their moving expenses and also not pay the present rent? When there are no grounds for breach ,other than landlord overseeing the completion of the property as explained to tenants prior to move in. Thankyou

tenant did not pay rent under the lease obligation while attempting to talk with the landlord asking to waive the right to mediation and will pursue suing the landlord. This seems like a ploy to get out of lease.landlord is agreeing to void lease as tenant dissatisfied. Meanwhile landlord going out of town rent is overdue. What should landlord do?

My boyfriend and I are going to split up and he's saying that if I leave that he's going to take our kid and run away with her and since he is the father that he can't get in trouble for it. So my question is since he is the father and there is no formal custody arangement made by the courts can he run away with her and not get into trouble or would this be considered kidnapping?
