most prosecutors see as the white person is racist, just because they are white, you know how the past have put us in akward situations we have no control over, but blacks, are the minority and they arent doing it because they are racist they just dont like you.
But i do know that you are saying here in nashville there was crime that took place were a few black men assaulted a white guy, and they didnt see it as a hate crime they only received assault and battery. Few months before a white man had assaulted a black man and saw it as a hate crime, i was stumped my self when i heard that. I know the subject came up on the radio talk show hosted by phil valentine and he had commented on the subject aswell

The big difference is this:

If white racists attack a black person because of his race, it has the purpose and effect of intimidating all black people. It makes them all afraid to stand up for themselves.

Attacking someone because of their race (or religion or sexual orientation or whatever) is a hate crime if the purpose is to oppress and strike fear into an entire community, not just to hurt one individual.

If someone attacks you just to get your wallet, the crime just hurts one individual - it doesn't victimize an entire community in the same way. At least that's the theory of why "hate crimes" are more serious than simple muggings. As for why black-on-white crime rarely is "hate crime", presumably black-on-white crime doesn't have the same intimidating effect on the "white community" as white-on-black hate crimes have on the "black community".

Whether you buy into that theory is up to you, but in any case, that's the theory.

Masters Degree? Then you should know that any crime that is racially motivated is a hate crime, whether it is black on white or white on black.

The key phrase here is, "racially motivated."

The majority of the crimes that you alleged have been perpetrated against you by blacks sound to me like crimes of potential financial gain - completely irrelevant as to your color (i.e. "robbed, breaking and entering, burglarized", and so forth.)

It has been my experience, at least in the North East, that proving a crime to be a hate crime can sometimes be very difficult. The evidence and witnesses have to be pretty substantial to get a Federal indictment.

Blacks are now politically preferred citizens, while whites are viewed as the inferior race. Look at any representation of racial interaction on TV or the movies. Whites rate somewhere between chimpanzees and Mexicans.

White people have done a great deal of oppressing black people in the past and in present day. when a white person does a crime against a black person it is a hate crime because white people at one point in time hated black people and that hatred seems to still be present today becasue of the discrmination and so forth. Blacks were lynched and killed for committing a crime against a white person but times have changed, but the people have not.
