2 lawyers are suing OJ for the value of his publicity rights, with Ron Goldman's father's blessing....new frontier....what do you think?

I don't think they are suing for a monetary amount...I think they are suing for actual control of OJ's name and likeness.... that's my understanding of this lawsuit but I could be wrong.

What ...will they one day market OJ golfclubs or perhaps some trading cards?

Pretty strange indeed....not sure if it will fly.

But who know....it is California.

Ha! Ha! Orenthal already said, he's not paying a damn thing. What is it that Ron's father doesn't understand.
Besides, OJ was already acquitted for the murders. Therefore, how can two families file a lawsuit against someone who is innocent. Is this the law of the land?

OJ has got all his money in secret offshore accounts. If he is structured correctly, and I believe he is, then he is bulletproof from any lawsuit, win or lose.

His wife may or may not have brought on her own demise, but OJ should at least fry for killing Ron Goldman.

Simpson viciously murdered two people, and then hid behind his race to save his worthless skin.

i tihnk that it might just be a scam and that the family is still bitter due to the outcome of the original case!
