If you go to the Court website, there will be a link to the Rules of Court, and probably to the Rules of Civil Procedure.

If it's not on the court website, try the state legislature site.

Go to the Denver library to the law section. Or you can go to The Denver court house on Colfax Ave. Just ask the clerk of court for hearing procedures If you arent in Denver just go to you're local court office Jeffco can tell you what you need to know also.

Also.Remember. If you cant afford an attourney you can apply for a public attourney. Just go to the clerk of court and ask for the application. ITS FREE.

Go to your local library....they will likely have a legal section, Colorado will certainly have the complete C.R.S (Colorado Revised Statutes) in the reference section (State Law requires puplic access). I don't remember the excat section, but all procedural details are contained within....teh index, and catalog system should be able to help you locate the excat sections you are looking for.
