If you believe that there is illegal activity going on inside a police department, mayor's office, court room, or any other government office and don't feel that reporting it to the local police will ensure that it is property investigated, contact the state attorney general's office. The attorney general's office employs investigators that investigate claims of corruption in local and county government. If you feel that the claim will still not be properly investigated, you can contact the U.S. Department of Justice. Part of their jurisdiction is investigating government corruption, as well. It is also possible the FBI would get involved if it was reported to them. My suggestion, though, would be to start with the state attorney general and go from there.

Depends. If your "Entire" Judicial system is dirty, Sounds like you may need to call the National Guard! In most cases, it's a few bad apple's that spoil the whole bunch. If in fact it is just a "Few" bad guy's, Call the Fed's. The F.B.I. would love to hear your story of small town corruption. A reminder to you though, Make sure all of your duck's are in a row! If you can't substantiate your claims of corruption, No-Proof, You may be opening a Pandora's box. If you can prove they are corrupt, you may even get a reward from the Fed's, depending on how wide-spread it is. Also, be expecting to relocate. People are often drove to the point of vengeance when it comes to being told on, So be careful! Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this is true in many towns everywhere. If you report this to anyone it will get back to them and they can make your life a living hell. Find a way to get video evidence. Form a committee of your peers who feel the same way and map out a plan of action.
