Justin owned four speedboats named porpoise, Priscilla, Providence, and Prudence. On April 2, Justin made written offers to sell the four boats in the order named for $4,200 each to Charles, Diane, Edward, and Fran, respectively, allowing ten days for acceptance. Was a contract formed in either c or d? and why?

c. Edward, on April 3, replied that he was interested in buying Providence But declared the price appeared slightly excessive and wondered if, perhaps, Justin would be willing to sell the boat for $3,900. Five days later, having received no reply from Justin, Edward accepted Justin's offer by letter, and enclosed a certified check for $4,200.
d. Fran was accidentally killled in an automobile accident on April 9. The following day, the executor of her estate mailed an acceptance of Justin's offer to Justin.

Did Schwarzenegger pass or veto it?

This was the bill forcing schools to teach about homosexuality, transgendered, etc. There are several other bills which even affect private Christian schools. Do you have a link listing all these? I've been searching and found which have passed but can't find info on all. Thanks

At a college football game last Saturday (...somehere in North West Mississippi) the concessions were charging $6.00 for a hot dog on the vistor side and $3.00 for a hot dog on the home team side. Is this legal - I certainly know that it is not ethical (but not surprising that they would do something unethical).

I read a case where a woman cut her babies arms off,yes VERY SICK.
She was on medication and had PPD and had her first child taken from her. At one point her pastor told her to stop taking the medication and pray for GOD to heal her.
NOW before you get your panties in a bunch, I am a christian and I believe people should utilize medicine.
She killed her baby, the drugs were helping her she stopped under the guidance of her pastor who has no medical training.
Do you think he should be charged with neglect for telling a mentally unstable person not to take their medicine then they committ murder ?

My answer is Yes they should be held accountable in some way UNLESS they have a liscence to practice medicine in that area

I lived in Hillingdon, Middlesex as a child and have now moved back I get the hump cos things have changed. My postcode is an Uxbridge one now so mosttimes my mail is Uxbridge, the sign at the top of my road reads Hillingdon Heath, ,my Bt bill is Hayes(which has a London No.), im in a Hayes ward polictically. So I was brought up to believe I lived in Hillingdon in the borough of Hillingdon now it seems the Royal mail are forcing me to say I live in Uxbridge when its at least a mile away.So Uxbridge,Hillingdon,Hayes or as I see it no where land of limbo I balme the Uxbridge sorting office the bastards!!
It does affect my mail and it looks like I have to accept Uxbridge as my address although we all no its not!
