as long as ur not going across a boarder to another country there probably wont be any problems .... some countries have rules about how many you can carry into or out of their country ... seriously i wouldnt bring more than 10 though if they are copies of retail movies coz ur just asking for trouble ... chances are they wouldnt say anything but why take a risk in having a big delay? what i do when i travel is use autogk to shrink about 25-30 movies down to 700mb xvid files and put them on my laptop in a hidden folder ... much safer.

No, airline security doesn't care about copyright infrigement. Besides you are allowed to make personal copies of material that you own.
