I would imagine it is. If it isn't, then it's at least morally wrong and should be made illegal. Let's look at it this way: there's a reason why children aren't allowed to see porno movies. What's the difference in terms of the impact on a child: seeing a couple romping in the sack in a porno movie, or seeing their own parents romping in the sack?--aside from the fact that one of the couples is the child's parents and the other is a couple of actors the child wouldn't know personally.

Not only is it a criminal offense, it is likely to get a child protection case worker involved and cause the kids to be put in out-of-home placement for their own safety and mental well- being. Oh, and when the kids are age 16 or 17 they can still be taken out of the home in a child protection action, so the age 16 isn't really a factor

Only if you do it intentionally. And of course, sombody has to complain about the sex, either your children or a passerby. It falls under public lewdness and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, as well as a live sex show with out a sexually oriented business license. So close the door and you should be okay if they accidentally stumble in on you.

No, although, the first guy does have a point and can argue that in a court of law. It also depends on what state and country you're in too.

i don't think it's illegal but it should be it doesn't leave much to the imagination I was about 10or 11 and my best friend ask me if i wanted to see something it was her mom and dad going at it it looked like monkey's jumping naked to me but kids don't need to see nastiness they don't understand it I say nastiness because if u think its cute they u have a sick mind.

Yes it is a form of sexual abuse, if you have and/or let them watch. If they accidentally walk in it's different.
