You can get it annulled unless you consumated it.
So Derwood....Didja get lucky? huh? Didja? Didja? Are you walking different yet? Have you thrown out your penny loafers and bought Prada slip ons yet? Have you developed that little lisp? When is the next "Stars On Ice" coming to your town, have you checked?
You'd better get your boney azz to Reno and get yourself Reno-vated before it's too late!!! Yikes!

Marriage can be annulled when there no is consent as provided for in the Civil Law. In this case, your marriage was contracted while you were drunk and on Pep Pills. Definitely, you did not consent to the marriage because you were under the influence of liquor and drugs. Thus, you can validly file for divorce. However, you should prove your inebriation at that time.

You can (and no doubt should) divorce him as soon as possible. If you go back to New England you could look into getting an annulment.
And check yourself into rehab. Now.

Let me know how you get on. I married a horse in Idaho four years ago and she's always on at me to pull my weight around the house, sort out my appearance and get a payrise. All the romance is gone.

See how much trouble drugs and alcohol can get you into if I were you, I would watch it cause there is no telling what could happen next time.

You should be able to get an annulment if you haven't consummated.
If you both are men then it only counts in MA so who cares.
Same sex marriages don't exist, aren't you glad?
