Do you believe private judges should be legal? *for those who have no idea what I mean, please "Google" it.*

Well they don't make a ruling, just hear complaints and may be instrumental in out of court settlements. Expensive and obviously available to the rich and can't see it as equal justice.[rich and poor.]

You're basically talking about arbitration, which has various names.

If people want to submit their dispute to a private judge or arbiter, that keeps the out of the court system, resolves their concerns, and burdens the taxpayers less.

I don't think it should be forced on anyone, but it's a good voluntary option. The problem is, many people sign binding contractual agreements that specific arbitration (private judges) without realizing that they have agreed to that forum.
